How to best look after your leather product?
We recommend spraying all new leather goods with a leather waterproof protector. This will protect your item against dirt and moisture. We recommend for this to be applied 2-3 times from a distance of about 20cm before use. The item should be given a light spray, without wetting, and allowing it to dry in between. The waterproofing should be completed on a regular basis.
If your product came with a dust bag, please always store it in its dust bag when not in use.
Always remember to:
- Not overfill your bag, this will result in stretching, ripping of the lining, or deformation
- Avoid contact with liquids
- Consider keeping makeup in a seperate small makeup bag
- Not put pens and pencils in the inside of your bag without caps on
peony is more than happy to offer all customers a return or an exchange for items purchased online. however, the item must be unused and be in the original condition with all labels and tags attached, it must also be returned with 7 days of receiving your product.
on our returns form, you must fill out your proof of online purchase/order number. the returns form is available to download at the bottom of this page.
returns will not be accepted unless you have sent a completed returns form with the product.
refunds are only available on full priced items and will be processed using the original tender type that the original purchase was made with. once you have been refunded, please allow up to 48 business hours for the funds to clear in your account. refunds are not available on sale items.
sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded.
shipping and extra charges
on the returns from you must tick the boxes on the form to allow us to charge shipping and exchange fees to your credit card, or instruct us to send a paypal money request. your exchange will only be submitted once the extra charges have been paid. paypal money requests will be cancelled after 3 days of pending.
peony will not credit customs and duties paid on your order; this must be done by customers within their countries. peony is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we do recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.
